– The Tineco Limited Warranty covers your Tineco device and the accessories included in the box against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
– The warranty excludes normal wear and tear from regular usage, even with proper maintenance.
– Parts subject to wear and tear include, but are not limited to, fuses, belts, brush bars, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collectors, and wheels etc.
– We do not cover warranty claims or repairs for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, nor for damages resulting from negligent use or improper operation that does not comply with the Tineco Operating Manual.

Fast delivery. Came in approximately 3 days. Packaged well ans delivered promptly. Worked great on my tiles and the cleanliness colour loop was satisfying to watch. Ive always wanted a steam mop and im glad i got a 2 in 1. The fact that the dirty and clean water tank is separate is great.

I have four cats. This helped me keep the house dander free and squeaky clean 🥺 I got the wired one so I don’t have to charge but if they release a wireless steam I will upgrade it 😂 Highly recommended. Especially if you have pets! Also my tiles are high gloss tiles so yeah! Need to roll a few times to reduce the watermark but overall very happy with this purchase!

Good job for the cleaning process. The floor was cleaned and tried it with this new vacuum and the dirty sticks on the floor surface was removed completely. Easy to use but need both hands to swirl to other sides.

Thought maybe I should try the steamer type of vacuum mop as a second vacuum. But turns out it is so heavy.

Love the steams! Our tiles feels much less sticky and very clean. I couldn’t believe that we accumulated lots of dust just in a week, so this vacuum really helps in keeping our house clean. Recommend for house with kids and pets! Even without pets also I would recommend to use this.

Since i got cats, this item really help me alot. Convenient to use and i dont need to vacuum and mop separately anymore. Steam function is a good additional step during cleaning. I can confidently walk directly on the floor without feeling icky. Cleaning waste after using it also convenient. The waste didnt get stuck and easy to throw away. 1 tank of clean water is enough for my living room. The functions it got not that confusing as i had expected and since all is automatic, i just need to follow the instruction. I had used it a few times and really satisfied with the performance. Good investment for me.

With medium budget this is the best vacuum with mopping floors. Low maintenance as no need to add any detergent liquid. No need to think about batteries also
