Tineco devices are engineered for continual high performance. If a Tineco device is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to make good, and we do so at no charge to you (parts and labor).
– Courier/delivery/pickup fees shall be borne by user.
– All of our repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.
– The Tineco Limited Warranty covers user’s Tineco device and accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year.
– The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.
– Parts that are subjected to degradation included but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels etc.
– We do not cover warranty or repair for purchases of devices from unauthorized sellers nor damages arise from negligent use and use of the Tineco device which is not in accordance with the Tineco Operating Manual.

Although a little bit heavy but when turn on it goes well with strong suction. Recommended for family who raise pets, the cleaner trapped all the hairs while cleaning thus reducing hairs flew elsewhere. Good 👍🏻

Very responsive customer service. Product also surpasses my expectations as we keep dogs in the house. The pet fur and hair do get tangled in the roller but can be easily removed. Loving it so far!

Vacuum and mop at the same time. No need to worry about wet dust/ surface. Surprised to see how dirty is the collected water after a simple mop. Would prefer the head to rotate more, this one can only rotate 45’.
