How will my order be shipped? How much does it cost?

All orders’ shipment will be delivered via GDEX. Free shipping across Malaysia (Max RM50).

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your shipment. You can track you order shipment in GDEX website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours under normal circumstances on working days.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 30 days from the order date. We will notify you once the item is ready for shipment.

For standard delivery, the estimated delivery time is:
• 3–5 working days for West Malaysia
• 7–14 working days for East Malaysia

Please note that delivery may take longer during campaign periods or peak seasons.
