WARRANTY HIGHLIGHTS:
Tineco devices are engineered for continual high performance. If a Tineco device is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to make good, and we do so at no charge to you (parts and labor).
– Courier/delivery/pickup fees shall be borne by user.
– All of our repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.
– The Tineco Limited Warranty covers user’s Tineco device and accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year.
– The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.
– Parts that are subjected to degradation included but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels etc.
– We do not cover warranty or repair for purchases of devices from unauthorized sellers nor damages arise from negligent use and use of the Tineco device which is not in accordance with the Tineco Operating Manual.

suction is great. Able to vacum dust off the sofa and also design is easy to manuvour in the edges.

I live with 1 long hair cats and fur builds up quickly on my sofa and bed. This vacuum could pull out fine hair, remove dust, and handle soft surfaces without damaging them.

Very useful and serve the purpose. There’s wire on the vacuum dustbin, so have to be extra careful not to have contact with water. Overall, happy with this product. Tineco is a trusted brand.
