Bought it during 3-3 sales, good price for new model and foc sport carpet cleaner. Performance based on datasheet is good, top tier spec. Deebot has a higher range model, x series. This is sufficient. Did test run, mapping was fast. Unit is much quieter than my deebot T9. Had 1 issue 1min into using, unit got stuck on dining table cause it climbed over and got stuck. Need think how address this. Dual Laser LiDAR for precise navigation., Efficient and powerful cleaning. Packing ok, could have been better since unit is heavy, 15kg.

This is an upgrade from T9 to T90 pro, the moping is far far better compared to T9 which I don’t even want to use the moping feature of T9. The experience is great and love it so much. But I didn’t receive the free gift of the icarpet spot cleaner as I bought it during the promotion period.

Item received. The packaging looks good and was well secured. unfortunately delivery was extremely slow

one of the best inventions ever. The ability to set a cleaning schedule is convenient, and the floor ends up much cleaner than I expected. However, the after-sales experience could be improved. The shop assistant’s response was quite slow, and although a free gift was stated in the listing, it was not delivered together with the product. had to reach out to customer service to request it. If I hadn’t noticed, I might have missed out on the free gift entirely.

The vacuum seems to be working ok. However, the delivery was unbelievably slow and bad overall. Might not be the seller’s fault as the item seemed to have been shipped out a day after I placed my order. It got to the regional sorting center and took days before arriving at the final sorting warehouse. And it just sat there for days. I contacted Lazada to no avail. It just sat there for a week. Finally I had to look up that Ninja van branch to go collect the package myself. The package was left under the sun there, all dusty and a bit torn.
