– Courier, delivery, and pickup fees shall be borne by the user.
– All repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we cannot repair your machine, we will replace it.
– The Tineco Limited Warranty covers your Tineco device and the accessories included in the box against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
– The warranty excludes normal wear and tear from regular usage, even with proper maintenance.
– Parts subject to wear and tear include, but are not limited to, fuses, belts, brush bars, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collectors, and wheels etc.
– We do not cover warranty claims or repairs for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, nor for damages resulting from negligent use or improper operation that does not comply with the Tineco Operating Manual.

Now I see how dirty my floor was. Steam function is great and pull out sticky dirt from floor. TQ seller for quick delivery.

Order to delivery was quick. Seller had professionally packed the product in a strong robust box besides the product original carton which was adequately cushioned to handle any logistic transit handling shortfalls. Product was very solid but a but heavy which perhaps support the vacuum and cleaning functions. Have yet to test it as I have to charge it before using it. I trust from the description of all the function of this Tineco product, I would be very satisfied with this purchase. Great trusted product and brand.
