When using the S9 Artist Steam Pro in Steam Mode, please follow these guidelines:

Use only on hard floors that are resistant to high temperatures. Consult your flooring provider for detailed information. We also recommend testing the device in a small, inconspicuous area first.

If your floors are undergoing maintenance, allow at least one week before using the product. Alternatively, consult the maintenance provider for recommendations.

Use only water with a temperature below 140°F / 60°C.
WARRANTY HIGHLIGHTS:
Tineco devices are engineered for continuous high performance. If a Tineco device is used as intended and breaks down within the warranty period, it is our responsibility to make it right—at no charge to you (including parts and labor).
– Courier, delivery, and pickup fees shall be borne by the user.
– All repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we cannot repair your machine, we will replace it.
– The Tineco Limited Warranty covers your Tineco device and the accessories included in the box against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.
– The warranty excludes normal wear and tear from regular usage, even with proper maintenance.
– Parts subject to wear and tear include, but are not limited to, fuses, belts, brush bars, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collectors, and wheels etc.
– We do not cover warranty claims or repairs for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, nor for damages resulting from negligent use or improper operation that does not comply with the Tineco Operating Manual.

I just received my Tineco S9 Artist Steam today, and I’m really impressed with it so far! The unboxing and setup were straightforward, and it feels like a premium, well-built product. The steam function is powerful – it cleaned my floors thoroughly and left them shiny and sanitized with no streaks or residue. It’s definitely not lightweight, but that actually makes it feel more sturdy and durable when cleaning. Once you get the hang of maneuvering it, it glides smoothly and does an amazing job. The smart display is easy to use, and I love how convenient it is to switch between cleaning modes. For a first use, I’m very happy and excited to see how it performs long term!
