If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.- The Tineco Limited Warranty covers user’s Tineco device and accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year.- The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.- Parts that are subjected to degradation included but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels etc.- We do not cover warranty or repair for purchases of devices from unauthorized sellers nor damages arise from negligent use and use of the Tineco device which is not in accordance with the Tineco Operating Manual.
